COWAN, Kenneth Joseph “Pike” - It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the death of Ken Cowan who passed away at St. Francis Memorial Hospital, surrounded by loving family at the age of 65, on Saturday, August 5, 2017.  Predeceased by his parents Ann Rose (Norlock) and George, and brother Roy. He is greatly missed by his sister Viola Lubitz (Clarence) and many nieces and nephews.  A visitation will be held on Monday afternoon from 2-4 & 7-9 PM with a Mass of Christian Burial  to be celebrated on Tuesday at 1 PM in St. Hedwig’s Roman Catholic Church, Barry’s Bay.  Donations in memory of Ken can be made to the St. Francis Valley Heathcare Network – Barry’s Bay.
