Andrew Joseph Lapenskie

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Andrew Lapenskie, treasured and much loved husband of Beverley (Borutski). Surrounded by his loving family Andy passed peacefully at Madawaska Valley Palliative Care on November 7, 2019 at the age of 67 after a battle with cancer. Cherished dad of Dan (Angela) and Dawn (James Jamieson). Adored and proud grandpa to Kieran, Brayden, Alyssa, Annalyn, Alexi and step-grandson Tyler. Survived by brothers August (Vera), Xavier (Evelyn), Raymond (Drenda), Reggie (Joyce), Larry (Annette), and sisters Rose (Richard Sernoskie) and Phyllis (Mike Hisko). Predeceased by parents Frank and Mary Lapenskie and brothers Marcel (Irene), Jerome (Genieva). A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 406, 250 John St. Barry's Bay ON. In lieu of flowers donations to Madawaska Valley Hospice or St. Francis Memorial Hospital would be greatly appreciated. Since we can no longer be together, you will be in our hearts forever.
