With family by his side, Bernie passed away peacefully on Monday, August 13th in his 72nd year. Loving husband of Stella Hudder (Murack) for 48 years. Together, they raised 8 beautiful children; Bernie will be greatly missed by Tania (Bill), Jason, Quinton (Monika), Lucille, Liesa (Chris), Amanda (Duane), Clayton (Jenn), and Bernie Jr.. He will be forever remembered by his adoring grandchildren Sebastian, Christian, Jack, Brock, Sophia, Levi, Easton, Grayson and, Leo.

He is survived by his siblings Rosemarie (Ralph) Recoskie and Leonard (Susan) Hudder and predeceased by his parents Leo and Jean (Genevieve) Hudder.

Bernie will forever be remembered for his hard working nature and generous heart.

Family and friends are invited to visit at the Heubner's Funeral Home, 43 Stafford St, Barry's Bay, 613-756-2003 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm on Thursday, August 16th. The funeral service will take place at St. Hedwigs Roman Catholic Church in Barry’s Bay at 10:00 am, August 17th, 2018. A luncheon will follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the St. Francis Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
