Margaret (Magdalene) Glofcheskie (nee Yantha)

It is with deep sorrow and broken hearts we announce the passing of Margaret Glofcheskie in her 94th year on March 8, 2019, surrounded by family.

Pre-deceased by her husband Gilbert. Loving mother of Gilbert, Paul, Mike, Marie and Steven.  Fondly remembered by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is survived by her sister Betty Abernathy.

A special thank you to all the caring angels of St. Francis Memorial Hospital and the Madawaska Valley Hospice with special thanks to Dr. Dawes and Barry’s Bay Home Support.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Madawaska Valley Hospice Palliative Care.

Visitation will be held at Heubner Funeral Home Barry’s Bay on Sunday March 10 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Hedwig’s Roman Catholic Church on Monday March 11 at 10:30am.
