Died peacefully at the Valley Manor on August 1, 2018. Survived by brother Michael or (MJ), (sister in law Marilyn Hamilton), sisters Theresa Bray, (brother in law John), Anna Mary Kubisheski (brother in law Philip), sister in law Stasha Kuiack nee Luckavitch and sister in law Shirley Kuiack nee Etmanskie.

Predeceased by Mother Annie Kuiack (nee Yantha), Father Stephan Kuiack, brothers Benny, Clemence, Clarence, sisters Jean or Genivive, (brother in law Leo Hudder), Sally or Celestine, brothers in law Angus Etmanskie and Johnny Plebon, sister in law Mary Ann Kuiack, nee Strack and two infant brothers and two infant sisters.

Thanks to Dr Daws for the wonderful care and all the Valley Manor nurses and staff for their tender loving care all the years he lived there. He loved his home.

Charity donations can be made to St Francis Healthcare Foundation.
