Our Mom passed away on Friday September 18th 2020 at the Queensway Carleton Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was pre-deceased by her parents Beatrice (Yarascavitch) and Raymond Yakabuskie. She will be missed by our Dad Donald after 45 years of marriage. She leaves behind her children Cindy(Jason), Tammy(Zak,) June, Penny(Donald), Rachel(Josh) and Rebecca (Matthew). Anna Mary will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Bennie, David, Linda, Elizabeth, Michael, Joanne, Marjorie, and is predeceased by Caroline. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Mom loved to cook for family, friends and community gatherings. She was renowned for her baked beans, cabbage rolls, sweet sour meatballs, chicken fried rice, and apple cake. She loved bingo, fishing and old country music. She was a fierce competitor at horseshoes and playing cards. But her greatest love was for her nine grandchildren who will miss their Grandma “Mary” dearly but will cherish their many memories.
