It is with great sorrow that the McRae family announces the passing of Catherine (MaryAnn) McRae on April 25th, 2021, in her 85th year. MaryAnn was born on November 19th, 1935 in Glenroy, Ontario. MaryAnn is reunited with her husband John Allan (Jay) McRae (predeceased 2015) and will be celebrating their 57th anniversary together. In 1976 MaryAnn and Jay took ownership of Riverland Lodge and Camp where they will leave behind their legacy. She is survived by her siblings Naomi and Neil, and her four children: Allan, Carol Ann, Wendy and John (Clark). She will be deeply missed by her numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and the many friends who became part of her family.
