Gilbert Junior Murray Rumleskie

God suddenly called Gilbert Junior Murray Rumleskie, 40 of Eganville to heaven. Gilbert was a man who could make anyone smile, he had a generous and beautiful heart. He leaves behind his loving mother Irene Rumleskie (nee Ostroskie) and predeceased by his father Gilbert Rumleskie. He leaves behind his five siblings Jeanette (Shane) Kosnaskie, Shawn (Vanessa), Jeff (Kelly), Andrew (Amanda) and Pam (Michael) Burkitt. He also leaves behind his nine beautiful nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Jeremy, Josh, Alexis, Alana, David, Ryder, Liam and Alexander. He will be missed dearly by all of his family and friends. May he rest in peace until we meet again. 

I Made It Home

I just wanted to let you know that I made it home. The journey wasn't an easy one, but it didn't take too long. Everything is so pretty here, so white, so fresh and new. I wish that you could close your eyes and that you could see it too. Please try not to be sad for me. Try to understand God is taking care of me...I'm in the shelter of His hands. Here there is no sadness, no sorrow, and no pain. Here there is no crying and I'll never hurt again. Here it is so peaceful when all the angels sing. I really have to go for now... I've just got to try my wings.

Due to provincial directive, you must keep a minimum distance of 6 feet between you at all times..  This means no hugging, handshakes or other forms of contact with people outside of your household. Masks are now mandatory to enter the funeral home/church/service location.  You must remain 6 feet apart while waiting to be allowed inside and you must sign in with your name and phone number once you enter for contact tracing purposes.
