Jacob Peter Ritchie
July 19, 1985 – February 13, 2021

Jake died peacefully after a long struggle with Muscular Dystrophy. Jake was a loving and caring son, brother, uncle, cousin and nephew who will be missed greatly by his family. Jake is predeceased by his mother Mary Winn and his brother Patrick. He will be lovingly remembered by father Peter, step-mom, Lesley, brother Dave (Anne), step-sisters and their families; Anna (Jeff and Willa), Caitlin (Jason, Leif and Ezra), Bronwyn (Deegan and Bēow), and EmmaRose. He was particularly proud to be Uncle Jake to his brother Dave’s children Katie and Andrew. He had a great sense of humour and loved to laugh. Jake had been supported over many years by the caring staff at Madawaska Valley Association for Community Living. The family plans a Celebration of Jake’s life when Covid restrictions are lifted.
