It is with great sadness we announce his passing. He was the son of Mary Rabishaw and the late John Fulford of Newfoundland. Husband of Shelly Fulford and father of Matt, Troy, John, Trinity, Katrina, Lilly and Tatum. Brother of Dick, Verg, Natalie, Edward, James, Amanda, Jason and Jaimee. Grandson of Tessie Spence and the late Donald Rabishaw. He will be deeply missed by many Uncles, Aunts, cousins and friends.
