It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Robert (Bobby) Shulist on Wednesday April 24 2019 at St. Francis Memorial Hospital Barry’s Bay after a courageous battle with cancer.
Beloved husband of Theresa ( Smaglinski) and loving father of Jason and his wife Jade, and proud grandfather of Logan and Sadie.
Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Frances (Matusheskie) Shulist, sisters, Evelyn, Esther, Irene & Tilly, brothers Maxie, Sylverster, Florian and Jimmy.
Visitation at Heubner Funeral Home, 43 Stafford St, Barry’s Bay from 9:00 am to 10:30 am on Saturday April 27 2019. Followed by a mass of Christian burial at Holy Canadian Martyrs, 2797 Dafoe rd. Combermere at 11:00 am with Father Lacey officiating. Internment, at Holy Canadian Martyr’s Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Francis Dialysis Unit or the Holy Canadian Martyrs restoration fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.
