ADAMS, James Elmore
Passed away suddenly on January 19th 2017 at St. Francis Memorial Hospital at the age of 67. Predeceased by his parents Earnest (Elmore) and Helen Louise Adams. Left to mourn are his sister Gwen Adams, brother William Adams (Janice) and nephews (by marriage) Mark and Andrew Perry. Fondly remembered by cousin Steve (Anneke) as well as other cousins and friends. Jim was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario and moved to Barry’s Bay in 2004 after a long career with Canada Post. He enjoyed puttering around the garden, reading, fishing off the dock with Jan, walking the family dog Sammie, and preparing countless meals. He led a quiet life but enjoyed a good chat and liked to share his opinions about sports and politics. His presence and involvement in running the household will be missed. Rest easy dear brother until we meet again. At the request of the family there will be a private viewing and interment will take place at the family plot in Pine Hills Cemetery Toronto.
